What is Life Coaching?
A life coach works with individuals to identify their goals and any obstacles that are preventing them from achieving those goals. Together, the coach and client work on an action oriented plan to move in the direction of accomplishing the wins. Unlike a therapist, a life coach focuses on the person’s current state to help them move into a direction towards their future. Through consistent accountability, the coach helps to keep their client on track.
What is Fitness Coaching?
A fitness coach encourages and provides you with the roadmap for physical and mental improvement. Fitness coaching is about setting realistic and attainable goals with the tools that you have at your disposal. Identifying what is needed to reach the next level is essential. From athletic coaching, to physical transformation, fitness coaching is a 1:1 experience that is not a cookie-cutter approach, but a customized programming that will be modified as you reach further and further.
What is Triathlon Coaching?
A triathlon coach helps with navigating the one sport of triathlon. Within the sport, there are 3 individual sports hence the name triathlon. Triathlon coaching is a specialty and within the sport, there are a variety of distances that are suitable for the beginner to the more experienced. With triathlon coaching, we break down each sport and come up with a custom approach for how you will achieve the goal of finishing a triathlon. It is exciting!
