What is Life Coaching?

life coach works with individuals to identify their goals and any obstacles that are preventing them from achieving those goals. Together, the coach and client work on an action oriented plan to move in the direction of accomplishing the wins. Unlike a therapist, a life coach focuses on the person’s current state to help them move into a direction towards their future. Through consistent accountability, the coach helps to keep their client on track.

What is Fitness Coaching?

A fitness coach encourages and provides you with the roadmap for physical and mental improvement. Fitness coaching is about setting realistic and attainable goals with the tools that you have at your disposal. Identifying what is needed to reach the next level is essential. From athletic coaching, to physical transformation, fitness coaching is a 1:1 experience that is not a cookie-cutter approach, but a customized programming that will be modified as you reach further and further.

Coaching Programs

It takes 21 days to build a habit. This 21 day habit involves a jump rope and strength training that will get you moving in the right direction. The jump rope will get your heart pumping and the strength training will shape your body as you desire. Each day (7 days) will focus on one region of the body. Suitable for the beginner to advanced.

HII5 is our Alumni program. Clients that have successfully finished our 21 day jump rope program have the momentum going and HII5 is the next step to introducing high intensity interval training. Fast paced and geared to maximize the time that you have to workout. As the name implies, 5 days of hard work for 21 days. Suitable for the intermediate to advanced.

This program is in beta. Introducing clients to total body fitness with head to toe workouts, endurance drills, agility workouts and bonus core workouts each week. This program takes it up a few notches as you get to try different approaches in one program. Suitable for the beginner to advanced.

Our flagship program to help clients learn new habits that will last a lifetime. This program is loaded with more involvement and double accountability from fellow participants and your coaches. With over 26 workouts that can be done in under 20-30 minutes, this program will transform you and help you develop an active lifestyle. Suitable for the beginner to advanced.
