Once you confirm your order, you will receive a special link to download the app. Once downloaded and the start date set, you will see all exercises in each workout. Each demonstration is done by your CLFC Coach in the app and modifications shown to suit your fitness needs. Once you have app access, you will able to;

Who is this program for?
This program is suitable for all fitness levels. It depends on where you are currently and it will suit you. For the advanced level, this provides a structure that will challenge you and you can always increase the duration, weight or minimize rest times in order to make it more challenging.

What if I have no equipment?
You can do the bodyweight version for many of the exercises. If you do not have equipment, we will work with you on ways to make it challenging using household products and items you may not have thought about.
Is the app available for anyone?
The Chevalier Training app is only available for clients who are currently going through one of our programs. We are working on a maintenance version, which will only be available for alumni of our programs.
Can I start the program with someone else?
Absolutely!! We encourage you to share the opportunity with others as the accountability between people who know each other can help with getting through each workout. Please share this page and encourage them to ask questions before getting started.
What happens during the 21 days?
We work with you from the start to the finish. Through the app, email, text and phone, we are there with you each step of the way. Our accountability calls are there to answer every question, even the ones you may think aren’t important. We are your coaches and we wouldn’t leave you hanging.
What if I have injuries?
Injuries are annoying, but we are experienced enough to provide equivalent exercises that will challenge you and avoid making your existing injury worst. During the way, we will go through additional mobility/flexibility exercises that may help prevent future injuries.
