The Chevalier Coaching Method. As clients are presented to us, we have combined our skills as coaches to collectively approach each client’s needs. Whether it is a life coaching or fitness coaching client, we evaluate each client’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (S.W.O.T.) by asking questions and digging into the best approach for that client. Roadblocks that hold people back deserve strategy and attention to detail and that is what we bring to the table.

Creating Your Vision

The vision that you identified on your own or with our help is the foundation for all that we do. We will always go back to that as the baseline to gauge your success.

Identify Your Strength & Goals

Your strengths are the natural tools we highlight in order to get to a goal. If you take the time to appreciate those strengths, we will help redirect that energy in new areas of your life.

Establish Work-Life Balance

We go through exercises to map out your day, week and month. we identify blocks of time help carve out time for yourself that align with your schedule.

Manage Your Stress

Let’s talk about your self-care. What are you doing to address your needs? What are you doing to decompress? Once you handle your needs, it will help with reducing your stress.

Life Coaching will look at where you are right now, and where you want to be. I will help you discover what your obstacles or challenges might be and will partner with you to help you overcome them.  Through life coaching you will tap into your full potential. Life Coaching options to help you

1. Ad hoc 1:1 Session ($95 - $125/hour)

These sessions are not a part of any package option. They are standalone sessions for individuals seeking to discuss their goals, gain clarity and work through a strategy on accomplishing their goals.

These sessions are conducted via Zoom.

2. Passive Coaching ($300/month)

This package is called “passive coaching” because the sessions are paced to meet 1 time per week for 1 – 1.5 hours. These sessions will allow for discussion, strategizing and you will walk away with an assignment to work on for the following session. You will have unlimited text and email accountability check-ins with me, between sessions.

3 month commitment is strongly suggested

3. Concentrated Coaching ($500/month)

This package is called “concentrated coaching” because the sessions are paced to meet multiple times per week. There will be one designated 1 – 1.5 hours meeting, with an additional 15 minute check-in within the same week. For any individual who may require additional touchpoint discussions would benefit from this package. These sessions will also be structured as outlined under the “passive coaching” format. You will have unlimited text and email accountability check-ins with me, between sessions.
