It is no secret that physical activity is necessary to a person’s well-being. Because children are continuously developing physically and emotionally, they are especially affected by the benefits of activity – and inversely, the negative effects of inactivity.  

Educators can control the amount of exercise a child gets at home no more than they can control his/her eating habits or his/her family situation, and according to numerous studies, many children these days are neither active at home nor at school.

While  ZOOM is daily, we wanted to provide a solution that was a little different, flexible and gives kids the accountability to get them moving with fun and challenging exercises.

What does a P.E. session look like?

  • Sessions are conducted via The Chevalier Coaching Training app
  • Sessions are flexible and can be moved as needed
  • Sessions are only 30 minutes
  • Exercise demonstrations are performed by Shawn & Nadia Chevalier
  • The app guides/times the workout to ensure compliance
  • Session can be viewed via smart phone, tablet, computer or casted to TV
  • Children can rate their workout to gauge effort (eg. 4 out of 10). Great way to gauge intensity/improvement over time.
  • Children/Adult can communicate with their Chevalier Coach in the messenger to ask questions
  • It’s not ZOOM!

P.E. Level 1

One (1) P.E. Session Per Week

You have committed to getting your children moving during this time. This plan is the beginner level of PE. The sessions are 30 minutes and you can move the one (1) session to the day and time that suits your child’s needs.

Start on the upcoming Monday 

P.E. Level 2

Two (2) P.E. Sessions Per Week

You have committed to getting your children active multiple times during the week. This plan is the beginner-intermediate level of PE. The sessions remain 30 minutes and contain 2 unique workouts. You can move the two (2) sessions to the day and time that suits your child’s needs.

Start on the upcoming Monday 

P.E. Level 3

Three (3) P.E. Sessions Per Week

You have committed to getting your children active multiple times during the week. This plan is the most comprehensive in order to challenge, engage and monitor success over time. The sessions remain 30 minutes and contain 3 unique workoutsThis option is suitable for more active fitness levels.

Start on the upcoming Monday

If you have questions about any of the above enrollment options, we encourage you to ask questions. These plans are written by Coach Shawn Chevalier and the demos are done by Coaches Shawn & Nadia Chevalier. 

P.E. should be fun and engaging. This is a new option as kids are sitting at their computer for several hours in the week. This allows them to be competitive with themselves, see improvement by tracking their data and increasing their health and well-being under your supervision. This will be an evolving process as we find creative and new ways to keep them stimulated.
